Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. • Design and implement scalable data architectures and data models that align with business objectives. • Oversee the development and optimization of ETL/ELT processes to support business intelligence initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility across the organization. • Evaluate and implement modern data technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) to enhance data capabilities. • Manage data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics. • Drive innovation in data engineering practices, including automation and orchestration using tools like Airflow and Kafka. What We're Looking For: • 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields. • Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and data warehouse design. • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka). • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
