About the Role: Join our dynamic e-commerce tech startup as a Data Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing data pipelines that empower our business strategies. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to manage and transform large data sets, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust and scalable. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting. • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and implement data models accordingly. • Optimize and troubleshoot existing data processing workflows using tools like Apache Spark and Airflow. • Ensure data security and compliance across all data platforms. • Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions on platforms such as Snowflake and Redshift. • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage data solutions. • Integrate APIs and external data sources into our data ecosystem. • Participate in code reviews and maintain version control with Git. What We're Looking For: • 2 years of experience in data engineering or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and scripting. • Strong understanding of data modeling and big data processing techniques. • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and debugging. Requirements

Required: • 2 years of experience required. • Experience level: mid. • Proficiency in SQL and Python. • Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL development. • Experience with cloud computing platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. • Understanding of distributed systems and data security practices. • Version control experience with Git. Nice-to-Have: • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
