About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Business Studies and Management courses.
• Utilize Google Classroom and LMS systems to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant real-world examples into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational program.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to business education.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding academic progress.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Education (with a business focus), or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Business Studies, Management, or a related subject at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of core business areas: Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Business Strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for educating and inspiring students in the field of business management.

Requirements
Required:
• 3 years of experience required.
• Mid-level experience in teaching.
