Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and solutions that meet project objectives. • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. • Develop and animate engaging visual content using After Effects to enhance user experience. • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and platforms. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy development. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design quality. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on best practices and design techniques. What We're Looking For: • A minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
