SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER (AESTHETICS HOSPITAL) (Lekki, Lagos – ₦250,000/month) We are hiring a Social Media Officer to manage and grow the online presence of a leading aesthetics hospital in Lekki. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling social media for a hospital, clinic, or medical/aesthetic brand. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a structured content calendar across all platforms • Capture and publish high-quality content covering the full patient journey (from consultation, procedures, recovery, to results) • Ensure consistent posting of before-and-after surgery results in line with brand and compliance guidelines • Manage and grow all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Create engaging video and photo content from surgery rooms, recovery rooms, and other hospital processes • Work closely with medical and admin teams to document procedures and patient experiences • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain a professional online presence • Track performance and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions Requirements: • Proven experience managing social media for a hospital, clinic, or aesthetics brand • Strong content creation skills (video, reels, short-form content) • Good understanding of medical/aesthetic content guidelines and sensitivity • Ability to plan, organize, and execute content consistently • Familiarity with social media analytics and growth strategies
